We feel it is important that our clients understand that we commit a large segment of our trip costs well in advance of trip departure dates, and that others may have been turned away because the trip is full. Of course, we regret the receipt of any cancellations and endeavor to keep our policies as flexible and understanding as possible. Therefore, upon receiving written notice of your cancellation, refunds of trip payments made will be issued in accordance with the following schedule:
For notice received:
A. More than 60 days prior to departure, full refund less the administration fee*.
B. 45 - 59 days prior to departure 70% refund unless space is sold, in which case only the administration fee* will be retained.
C. 30 - 44 days prior to departure 40% refund unless the space is sold, in which case only the administration fee* will be retained.
D. 29 days or less prior to departure the full amount will be retained unless the space is sold, in which case only the administration fee* will be retained.
* the administration fee is 50 Euros.
In case the cancellation comes form our part the whole amount will be returned.
In case of bad weather conditions we always try to offer alternatives including either different activities (hiking, mountain biking...) or other itineraries. In any way, we are always trying to evaluate the situation and make the best choice accordingly. In the worst case that the modifications that we make substantially reduce the standards of the programme as compared to the initially planned one, we will modify the price accordingly.
